- Support team leaders in achieving program objectives through strategic plan execution
- Develop and publish meeting agendas; facilitate team meetings and document activities
- Maintain accurate team records and ensure organized documentation of team outputs
- Assist in creating project planning products, including strategies and timeline development
- Provide overarching data management, logistics coordination, and performance metric tracking
- Deliver facilitator and administrative support to Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups (WGs)
- Contribute to process identification, documentation, management, and performance measurement efforts
- Offer technical support by researching team records and drafting reports or commentary on proposed initiatives
- Support training efforts for RCOH/INACT Indoctrination Briefing Literature and Team Orientation Workshops
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field or 15 years of specialized experience in lieu of degree
- 10 years’ experience in management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
- Active Secret Level Security Clearance
- Experience developing support products tailored for cross-functional team collaboration and execution
- Managed large-scale, complex programs and projects with multi-disciplinary scope
- Served as facilitator and instructor across various team and organizational settings
- Hands-on experience in U.S. Navy programs and operations, with emphasis on Aircraft Carrier maintenance and Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH)
- Master’s degree in business or technical field
