Job Description
Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking a Software Engineer to support the U.S. Navy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position
- Up to 25% travel may be required for this position
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in computer design, software development or computer networks
- Experience with Linux (Redhat, CentOS, etc. is a plus)
- Knowledge of the following languages: C, C++, C# and Java
- Experience with Atlassian tools suite – JIRA/ Wiki/ confluence
- Ability to read schematics, wire connection lists, etc.
- Oracle experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of PROFIBUS and MODBUS
- Knowledge of hardware/software integration concepts
- Knowledge of software version control and tools (SVN, Git, etc.)
- Knowledge of model based software development (Matlab, Labview)
- Knowledge of the software development process
- Experience in developing/writing/running test procedures
- Experience in documentation writing experience (test procedures, Gantt charts, specification documentation)
- Experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits
