Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking a Program Manager to support our Navy customer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as lead for all contract capture for NAVSEA Headquarters market segment
- Identifies contract opportunities, develops teaming arrangements and performs detailed requirements analysis/gap analysis
- Review of solicitation and proposed technical solution to evaluate execution risk, identify discriminators/win themes, and evaluate the win probability
- Develop pricing strategy
- Participate/Lead Proposal development efforts – schedule, identification of key personnel, corporate experience development, subcontractor coordination
- Post-award, assume role as Transition Manager and act as primary liaison with customer
- Post-award, execute or support the designated program manager in contract staffing/hiring
- Post-award, manage or support the designated program manager in contract tasking, and reporting
Education and Experience Requirements:
- BS or BA in managerial or technical discipline
- Ten (10) years’ experience in US Navy Program Management
- Experience in execution of contracts, with focus on profit, schedule, personnel, resources, delivery
- Knowledge of NAVSEA organizational structure
- Knowledge of Shipley Business Development Lifecycle
- PMP or PgMP a plus
