Heather has more than ten years of experience supporting the United States Navy. She has provided support for customer projects and contracts management. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College. As the Chief Administrative Officer, Heather manages our Contracts Division, Human Resources, Security, and Accounting.
