Brian has more than 25 years of experience supporting the United States Navy. He is a Navy veteran who has provided technical support to the Navy as a civilian since 2001. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the Naval Nuclear Power School. He leads our capture planning and proposal development.
