As Chairman of the Board of Directors of Green Expert Technology, I am pleased to announce that today, January 4th, 2024, the Board has unanimously approved the promotion of SVP of the Business Division Heather McIlvaine to the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
Heather has 15 years of experience in the Naval contracting industry. She joined GreenXT in 2014 providing full-time direct support to NSWCPD while administering contracts and proposals for GreenXT. In 2017 and 2018 Heather helped craft the proposals that became our first prime contracts. As our company grew, Heather’s responsibilities changed, and she adapted to new expectations and duties. For the past four years she has managed our Business Office and built it into one of the most efficient in the industry.
