Job Responsibilities: 
  • 15 years program/project management experience        
  • 15 years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
  • Financial management 
  • Scheduling and task planning using Project and Excel
  • Responsible for program budget and staffing requirements 
  • Task Instruction management 
  • Manage Program changes 
  • Support project supervisors, controllers, and other key stakeholders 
  • Manage sub-contractor relationship 
  • Manage program progress to ensure budget and staffing is on track 
  • Work closely and manage the customer expectations 
  • Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and review meetings 
  • Review status reports and invoices 
  • Provide weekly status report and KPI’s 
 
Education and Experience Requirements: 
  • MS in a technical or managerial discipline 
  • 15 years program/project management experience 
  • PMP or PgMP a plus 
  • 15 years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations

  • Scheduling and task planning using Project and Excel 
  • Ability to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job, but no less than 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work on and climb ladders, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces.
