Job Description
GreenXT is seeking Junior Level Project Controllers to provide direct support to our Navy customers in the areas of financial management, contracting, and budget planning. Our Project Controllers work with our Program Managers to ensure a project stays within budget and that all deliverables are executed on time.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop project schedules and budgets based on contract funded and ceiling values
- Oversee and identify plan deviations; recommend and execute corrective actions for project compliance
- Work closely and maintain open communication with government customers, Program Managers, Accounting department, and Team Leads regarding tasking, travel, funding, and projections
- Carefully monitor and manage funding for personnel to ensure required tasking can be completed
- Gather, track, and create deliverable reports of financial information for contracts
- Perform routine contract work using prescribed and standardized methods
- Oversee timesheet records for employees and ensure they are compliant with company guidelines
- Coordinate with subcontract companies, issue Purchase Orders based on assigned tasking, and verify that contractual requirements are fulfilled
- Review travel estimates and expense reports, compare trip objective with project scopes of work, and request necessary government authorizations for trips
- Meet with government customers monthly to review actual data and forecasts
- Create technical reports and review official contract documents
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or High School Diploma with related experience
- Ability to obtain DOD Security Level Security Clearance
- Entry-level experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently to satisfy program / business requirements
- Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management
