Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field or four years’ experience in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management.
  • Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
    • Creating spreadsheets
    • Reading vendor inventory spreadsheets
  • Warehouse and inventory management experience 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Track new procurement components through delivery, shipment, storage, and receipt at designated shipyards.
  • Track refurbishment components through removal, shipping, refurbishment, storage, and delivery to designated shipyards.
  • Track depot level interdiction of major components for inspection, harvesting, or retirement.
  • Create shipping letters for components delivered under contract.
  • Create shipping instructions for in-service components tracked in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP).
  • Designate component shipping to multiple vendors and track receipt of components.
  • Maintain long range schedules for new procurement deliveries and refurbished component installations.
  • Update the PIEE database with Government Furnished Property (GFP) data.
  • Provide data for quarterly GFP data calls to PEO SHIPS GEM.
  • Maintain program documents for GFP management in the PMO data repository.
