Job Description

GreenXT is seeking a Technical Manager to provide direct support to our Business Development Team.

Content Development and Technical Writing:
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for Government Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with solicitation requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and tailor responses to address specific RFP criteria.
  • Develop persuasive and customized executive summaries, technical sections (Understanding, Experience, Approach, and Capability), and other relevant content.
  • Translate complex technical information into accessible content for a wide audience, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update technical documents as needed.
Capture Management and Presentation Support:
  • Work with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities through teaming partners, NAVSEA/NAVAIR acquisition forecasts, and other online tools.
  • Assist the business development team by developing detailed presentations for teaming partners, and GreenXT Senior Leadership (Opportunity Assessment, Capture, Proposal Planning, Proposal Execution, and Lessons Learned).
  • Assist Pricing Team with price-to-win strategy
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred engineering or Technical Discipline.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) technical requirements.
  • Experience in development of Ship Change Documents, Engineering Change Proposals, technical manuals, and other technical documentation
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to enhance proposal content.
