Job Description
Green Expert Technology (GreenXT) is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support our Navy customers’ technical programs with the planning, management, and coordination of projects/tasking, resources, and schedules.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Project Leads or Program Leads
- Develop and maintain tracking sheets, purchase order tracking, material tracking, advisories tracking, and other similar items
- Assist with the development and maintenance of project plans/schedules
- Track weekly team action items
- Assist with the development and maintenance of onsite shipboard support schedules and travel schedules
- Provide configuration management support of technical data using Shared Drives or SharePoint tools
- Assist with the development and updating of technical training materials and presentations
- Provide analysis support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support role
- Records Management experience is preferred
- Functional knowledge Navy Ship Change Documents is preferred
- Experience installing software for Windows Operating Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Power Point and MS Project
- Must be a capable of working within a team or individually
