GreenXT is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support new contracts with the U.S. Navy.

This position will be supporting the AN/USQ-82(V) Program. The AN/USQ-82(V) is the family of mission-critical shipboard networks used to transfer data and messages between systems such as the DDG-51 Machinery Control System (MCS) and Integrated Bridge and Navigation System (IBNS) on US Navy ship classes (DDG-51, etc.) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) ships.
  • Collaborate with FMS Case Managers for multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs in support of the mission-critical shipboard network found on the DDG 51 Class ships.
  • Analyze and manage all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
  • Perform case management support including
    • Analysis, tracking, and responding to requests from foreign governments
    • Review of information to ascertain release ability
    • Preparation and execution of Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Case Reconciliation Reviews (CRRs)
    • Monitoring of cases from pre-case actions through case closure or termination
    • Preparation of documentation for all phases of the FMS process.

  • Support program/case reviews, technical reviews, and other meetings
  • Support the risk management process including:
    • Risk identification, analysis, and tracking
    • Risk mitigation planning
    • Mitigation plan implementation

  • Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) will be required.
  • BS or BA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline
  • Must have three (3) or more years of experience in Foreign Military Sales and program management
  • Must have prior FMS Case experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some travel may be required
  • Work location can by hybrid but candidate needs to be in the Washington DC area to attend in-person meetings at the Washington Navy Yard
