  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.
  • 1-4 years’ experience in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 2 years in DoD/DoN program, contracts, or acquisition management.
  • Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Employ the latest DoD and Navy policies and guidance relate to defense acquisition to execute tasking in accordance with these policies.
  • Assist in development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings; attend meetings and prepare minutes; and research and prepare responses to action items. Examples are, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Program and/or Progress Reviews
  • Milestone Reviews, Gate Reviews, or Resources and Requirements Reviews.
  • Shipbuilder Program Reviews, including Post-Award Conferences and logistics meetings.
Ability to Work Remotely:

Positions are available for full-time remote work. Work can be either full-time onsite at the Washington Navy Yard or a combination of remote and onsite (hybrid). Persons accepting hybrid positions typically support onsite work 2 to 3 days/week. In addition, persons accepting hybrid positions must agree to being onsite on-demand to support any ad-hoc customer needs.
