Quality Assurance

GreenXT employs best practices of ISO 9000 quality management and the Project Management Institute (PMI)® Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)® to ensure the highest quality deliverables are provided to our clients. Green XT uses Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) as a tool to have contractor and government staff work together to reduce project costs and ensure high quality deliverables. Through IPTs, client and suppliers working together as a team can enhance value while reducing total cost, improving quality, and delivering a project far more effectively than in a traditional fragmented relationship. We invest significant time into defining project objectives, scope, schedule, resources, cost, metrics, quality benchmarks, risks, and deliverables prior to kicking off task execution. During project execution, we continually monitor and perform quality assurance reviews. At project closeout, we conduct an independent quality assurance review of each project deliverable. Our QA practices have been validated by our customers desire to continue to use our workforce to support their technical service needs.
